Kennedy Jenks today announced that Amanda Hutchinson, PHR, recently joined as the Senior Director of Talent Management. Hutchinson’s main charge will be to recruit top talent to the organization, which is currently hiring for several dozen open positions nationally including in California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Virginia.
Most recently, Hutchinson served as the Director of Talent Management for a North Carolina-based engineering, design, environmental science, and construction services firm where she designed a full talent management program. She has spent her career focused on all aspects of recruiting and retention, from new graduates to executives.
In her role, Hutchinson will serve on the firm’s Senior Leadership Team.

Hutchinson has a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. A member of the national Society of Human Resource Management, she is also active in the Raleigh metro area SHRM.
