Golden State Water Company engaged the services of KJ to concurrently prepare eighteen 2010 UWMPs and they did an excellent job coordinating, preparing, and guiding us through plan update and adoptions. KJ provided strong leadership, was easy to work with, and finished this challenging effort on time and within budget!
KJ has successfully supported Golden State Water Company (GSWC) for more than 10 years. KJ completed preparation of the 2015 UWMPs for 18 Golden State Water Company (GSWC) water systems statewide that exceeded the minimum service size criteria. These water systems are located throughout northern and southern California bracketing the range of land use settings from rural to urban and industrial.
Proactively addressing a wide variety of water supply source challenges.
The 2015 cycle documented the water system supply sources for each system and collected the supporting documentation for each ranging from self-supplied to wholesale raw water to wholesale treated water.
Working closely with GSWC for efficient and effective UWMP completion.
In order to complete this project successfully, we worked closely with GSWC to update each UWMP systematically, ensuring the plans accurately reflected projected water supply and reliability conditions through 2035. Each plan also included documentation of compliance with the new water conservation requirements including the AB 1420 and SBX7-7 certifications.
Using Parallel execution assembly line approach to optimize team task performance.
The 2015 process assigned teams to each section of the UWMP and we then executed the section analysis 18 times for efficiency and consistency.
