Mark Minkowski is a Kennedy Jenks Vice President directing the planning, design, and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment facilities and pipeline projects for wastewater conveyance systems and recycled water projects.
He leads KJ’s national Pipeline Community of Practice and is involved in conveyance projects and programs throughout the Company. Mark is the program manager for the award-winning $580M program at Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW) in the San Francisco Bay Area to rehabilitate the entire SVCW conveyance system over seven years. This oversight role included coordinating a Program team of 120 executing three concurrent projects using Progressive Design-Build delivery. With the on-schedule completion of the SVCW program, and with no construction claims, Mark is supporting Kennedy Jenks’ pipeline practice throughout our national service area.
