Diversity and Inclusion – A Core Value
Kennedy Jenks is committed to fostering a culture where our people find a place they are included and can thrive. As one of our core values, diversity and inclusion serve as the foundation of everything we do and are essential to the firm’s success.
Serving Our Clients Best
Our clients face challenges that require the unique knowledge and skills provided by a dynamic and diverse workforce. We believe we can best serve our clients, understand the challenges facing our communities, and innovate for the future by bringing a broad array of perspectives to our work.
A Welcoming Workplace
Kennedy Jenks strives to be a more inclusive firm where all individuals interact, work, innovate, and develop to their full potential. We actively recruit qualified staff from under-represented groups and strive to provide a welcoming and supportive workplace where they can bring their talents and experiences to the table and have access to opportunity. Our goal is to promote and maintain an atmosphere of respect in which all individuals treat others with mutual understanding, respect, and acceptance.
Kennedy Jenks Diversity & Inclusion Council
Kennedy Jenks’ Diversity & Inclusion Council was formed several years ago to support our unwavering dedication to diversity efforts, and improve the recruitment, advancement, and retention of a diverse workforce. Council members and the President meet regularly to review the Council’s objectives, promote outreach, and obtain input from individual employees and our employee resource groups. The Council also reviews the firm’s annual EEO and Affirmative action and share ideas for related goals/initiatives.
