Aditya Ramamurthy is a Kennedy Jenks’ (KJ’s) Vice President and management consulting lead, overseeing the development and implementation of multi-year, multi-phased asset and utility management programs and initiatives.
These initiatives include strategy development (strategic planning, performance management, service level development, benchmarking), business planning (business process assessment, optimization, improvement, tracking, reporting, workflow assessment), enterprise information management (data governance, business intelligence, and data analytics), CIP planning, efficiency and prioritization, infrastructure assessment and planning (risk analysis, condition assessment programs), and overall program and project management.
