Currently a Kennedy Jenks (KJ) Vice President and Community of Practice leader for wastewater services, David Seymour’s professional work has focused on facility planning, biological process design, and the application of wastewater process simulators to predict, validate, and optimize treatment process performance.
David has worked at over 35 different wastewater treatment facilities, ranging in size from 0.5 mgd to 250 mgd. David’s expertise includes facilities planning of biological nutrient removal upgrades, design and construction support of wastewater treatment plant upgrades, and performance optimization of operating wastewater facilities. David has served as design manager/project engineer on multi-disciplinary design projects with costs up to $40 million, working in teams of over 30 multi-discipline engineering staff and 13 subconsultants.
