Ed Yang has 32 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with a primary focus on the preliminary and final design of water, wastewater and infrastructure facilities. He has managed the design of both water and wastewater treatment plants, storage and large conveyance and distribution pipelines. He has additional experience in information technology and the application of advanced computer-aided engineering applications.
After joining Kennedy Jenks in 2008 as the Los Angeles Office Manager, Ed went on to manage operations for Southern California until 2015 when he transitioned into leading business development for the SoCal Region. Since 2022, Ed has served as the California Business Development Director and is responsible for the State wide team of Client Service Managers who deliver sales and ensure client satisfaction. Ed has also served a previous one-year term on the Board from 2014 to 2015.
Ed received a BA in Engineering-Management from Claremont McKenna College, a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Davis, and a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. He is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and a Certified Associate Design Build Professional.
