Ross Dunning is a Principal with Kennedy Jenks (KJ) and an accomplished project manager with a broad range of civil engineering experience specifically focused in the fields of stormwater, water, and wastewater treatment, processing, conveyance and distribution, and environmental investigation, construction, and remediation.
He is a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead and is abreast of the stormwater regulatory climate across the country. Ross’ primary focus is helping transportation sector agencies to navigate the maze of federal, state, and local stormwater regulations to find sound engineering solutions benefitting business and the environment.
