Todd Reynolds is a Vice President, project manager, and the leader of Kennedy Jenks’ (KJ’s) Water Treatment Community of Practice.
Projects on which he has worked include surface water, advanced water purification, recycled water, groundwater, and seawater supply and treatment; membrane treatment including microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and desalination; and ozone, ultraviolet, and ultraviolet advanced oxidation process systems. For over three decades, Todd has successfully designed and managed multiple award-winning advanced water treatment plant projects using excellent communication and organization skills, in-depth knowledge of regional water issues, and technical expertise in the construction and startup of complex, multi-discipline treatment plant projects. Todd managed the design and Construction Manager at-Risk delivery approach for the San Elijo Advanced Treatment Facility, was the Program Advisor for the Santa Cruz Desalination Program, and was the engineer of record for the award-winning Pure Water Monterey program.
